Director of Product
Katelyn Hurley advances our product vision, strategy and roadmap and takes a leadership role in all market, product, and customer research. She draws on her deep experience over several years leading ACT.md implementations with innovative health systems across the country, during which she successfully grew accounts by spearheading expansion projects.
Katie’s background is in public health research (community-based participatory research and social determinants of health research), program planning, and evaluation. Prior to ACT.md, Katie worked as a Research Specialist in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. During her time at Jefferson, she focused on vulnerable populations, including formerly homeless women with serious mental illness, and patients of the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers Care Management Program. She is experienced in qualitative research methods involving patients, families, and healthcare teams, all of which helps her inform ACT.md’s patient and family-centered programs and product designs.
Originally from New Hampshire, Katie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Loyola University Maryland, and her Masters in Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University.
